Payment Ownership Declaration & Verification Portal

This portal allows students to declare a payment made towards the College, generate an official reference number, print the declaration form, and later check the verification status. No student login is required.

Declare a PaymentCheck Application Status
1. Submit OnlineEnter student and payment details. A unique reference number is generated automatically.
2. Print & SignPrint the generated declaration. The student, payment owner and consultancy representative must sign wherever applicable.
3. Bring Physical DocumentsSubmit the signed form with the required self-attested documents to the College for verification.

Mandatory Physical Documents

Payment reference document / transaction receipt showing the UTR or Transaction ID.

Self-attested Aadhaar card copy of the student.
✓
Self-attested Aadhaar card copy of the payment owner when the payment is not made from the student's own account.
✓
Any additional document requested by the College during verification.
Important: Documents are not uploaded on this portal. The printed declaration and supporting documents must be submitted physically to the College.
